CreamAid is a new blog revenue service that is currently in Beta. You may have come across their early campaigns for large companies like McDonald's. Like their company name, their approach to paid blogging is a bit unique.
Advertisers request exposure on your blog, just like most other paid blogging services. However, in addition to reviewing their service, product, or website, CreamAid also includes a "conversation widget" that you embed into your blog post, which includes links to posts that other bloggers have made.
Each opportunity provides two chances of earning revenue - one for blogging about the product or website, and one for referring others to blog about it. Participating in the "conversation" can get you syndication on the CreamAid website, too.
The service is free and no registration is required. CreamAid pays out via PayPal within 24 hours of selecting your post.
